Allergies, sunshine, and iced tea.

It's been a week with out blogging for me... busy, just like it is for everyone right now!  I feel like my nose is going to fall off from all the sneezing and blowing.  I hate you, allergies.  But... I love you, SUN!  Anyone else suffer like me?  What are your favorite remedies?  All the medicine I take makes me really drowsy and it makes it hard to get through the day.  But seeing the weather so beautiful is worth it for me!
                                                                       sunshine found here
People at work often tell me they know I am there, even with out seeing me.
The reason: my starbucks cup.
My mom got it for me for Christmas (I am the biggest fan of unsweetened iced tea) and I use it every single day.  It gets refilled all day long.  Iced water & iced tea, constantly.  They are really hard to find, and my mom just found 2 more last night.  I was so excited when she surprised me with them - mine from Christmas was getting yucky from all the use!

Do you have anything that people see and know you are there??

Happy Wednesday!

People usually hear me before seeing me, I'm so perky in the morning and am always telling people "GOOD MORNING" no kidding, it's probably annoying!

I hope your allergies clear up soon - the sunshine is totally worth it though!

I've never seen that cup before - but it looks amazing and I now desperately need it. Do they sell them only in Starbucks stores or can you find them other places?

I am not sure what people would see and know I'm there... lol Interesting question though!

I HATE allergies!!! They make you feel so crappy when it's gorgeous outside!

Ugh! I hate allergies.
At work, I'm the same as you. I'm there if my pink coffee travel mug is at my desk. That and my camera. I take it with me everywhere!

Where does she keep finding them? I want one. :)

So funny that you mentioned those Starbucks cups! A ton of the teachers at school use those cups, and were just yesterday talking about how they were back, so they went and bought like 3 each. I think I might have to go and get one myself!

I love that starbucks cup!! I used to carry around this HUGE JUG of water and it was in a blue jug and everyone knew when they saw it at my desk I was there lol

Mine are ridic right now, I wanna be outside but with the wind it's just too much! My mom's suggestion was benadryl at night along with the allergy pill I already have to take every day (generic form of zyrtec). There's definitely been an improvement!

I have one of those starbucks cups too....do they come in different sizes?? Because when I bought mine, I thought there might be an even taller one too.

As for allergies, I am right there with you. I am constantly sneezing and blowing my nose. ugh.

I've never had allergies and the pollen is KILLING me right now!

Hey! So glad you're back!
I too am a sufferer of allergies- darn it! I swear I go through tissues like it's going out of style. Hubs likes to make fun of the sound I make when blowing my nose :/ how sweet. I use the generic Zyrtec, and it seems to be working fairly well.
This may sound gross, but my morning ritual when I open at work- is a pepsi and chocolate fudge pop tarts. :) My coworkers ALWAYS poke fun at me because they see pop tart everywhere when I'm there. I tend to carry it around then get distracted- so it ends up next the the computer/phone/in a drawer. ha.. Memories!
Have a wonderful Friday-- hope your allergies get better!

hope your allergies clear up love, I know how you feel, mine are super super bad this season too! i always take my zyrtec, try to stay away from the stuff that makes me sneeze (hard I know), and drink tea and other stuff to help my sinuses. hmm, i would say my water bottle or purse is always my land mark, he he. hope you have a nice weekend!

New follower of your adorable blog and a fellow allergy sufferer! I love the Neil Med products (http://www.neilmed.com/usa/products.php) the Neti Pot and Sinus Rinse. Both are totally natural, non prescription products that use warm water to rinse sinuses. The Neti pot uses gravity and the Sinus Rinse is a squeeze bottle. Sounds gross, but totally works! Hope it helps!

Hi - allergies - mine have yet to hit this summer (not been hot enough yet) but I did try homeopathy last year and after having hayfever of biblical proportions it did ease off completely! I also got some air purifier for my bedroom and that works too! I so share your pain! L x

I tend to avoid the outside when my allergies act up. Not the best remedy. Stupid pollen!
