Top Two Tuesday

This is my first time ever doing Top Two Tuesday... here's how it works:  You share two random facts about yourself!

1. I have a huge addiction to chewing ice.  I think this could be worth an entire blog to itself.  I chew ice every day, multiple times a day.  I won't drink anything unless it has ice.  In college, my friends used to make fun of me.  I even rate the places that have the best ice!  By the time I am 30, I will probably have all beat up teeth.  Do you know anyone with this ridiculous addiction?

2.  My husband, with out a doubt, makes me laugh more than any person I know.  When we first met, I was occasionally shocked because he would say things no one would ever think of and everyone around us would laugh.  Sometimes he's obscene, over-the-top, crazy... but I just can't help but laugh.  :)

"Hello. My name is Pink Martini and I am an ice addict". :) I am with you on the ice. No drink should ever come without it. And don't you find you are very particular about the preference of the quality of the ice? Oooo, I am THAT addicted! :) xoxo

There is nothing like being married to a man who makes you laugh, I think laughter is the best medicine. :) At least with chewing ice you won't get dehydrated. :) You are too cute Tracy.

I'd look into pica. It also says eating ice and similar behaviors may be related to a nutritional deficiency (iron) or celiac disease.

lol oh yes i LOVE chewing ice! I have to do this everytime its in front of me - maybe not AS addicted as you but I'd say pretty close!

Not to raise any alarms but there's a correlation between people who chew ice a whole bunch and having low iron levels or anemia. Do you happen to know if you have low iron? I do sometimes and my ice chewing goes in waves, but lately I've been cooking with cast iron and taking a supplement so it's all good and no ice chewing.

I chewed ice HORRIBLY when I was pregnant and kept up the habit afterward as well. then my fillings started cracking and my dentist gave me a stern lecture so I have cut down.

Taco bell ice is the BEST to chew! HAHA

The constant need to chew on ice can be due to an iron deficiency. You should Google it.

I've never heard of someone loving chewing ice. I mean I'll chew my ice sometimes, but not consistently. Very interesting. :)

Thanks for following my blog! :-) I have a friend who has aaaalways been addicted to chewing on ice and she often tells me which restaurants have the best ice too! She's jealous of me because my office has "good ice" provided, haha. Lucky girl about the funny husband!

Thanks for the sweet comment earlier. :) It's so wonderful that your husband is the man who makes you laugh the most! I've heard of chewing ice as well but never rating places based on their frozen water. What a fun fact!

My cousin has a crazy ice obsession--I thought she was the only one!! :) Though I'm not sure she rates places by their ice, hehe.
