A great day!

Today is my Birthday - a young 22 years old today - I can't believe it.  In many ways I feel much older.  Today has been a wonderful day.  Birthdays are always a great time to look around and see how much I have to be thankful for.  My family, friends, and TL have been absolutely amazing today, just as they are every day. I am so fortunate to have a beautiful healthy family, friends that are just as special as family, and a spectacular fiance who takes care of me and loves me unconditionally.  This every day realization has been the best part of my day.  :)

Other than being extremely thankful, I have really loved the cards, phone calls, emails and messages.  In fact, just while writing this, I got a card in the mail from one of my dear friends, Michelle.  It just warms my heart that people remember.  I had to work early this morning.  Currently, I work for Good Day Sacramento.  If you haven't seen the show, it is quite laid back, and a very entertainment based 5.5 hour show.  Of course, they took the time to completely embarrass me on the air - but it was quite fun.  My wonderful CoWorkers Carlene & Heather- made the morning very special.  Heather made a homemade chocolate cake and came in on her day off to bring it to me.  Carlene and her both got me thoughtful gifts, and made it a very special day for me! :)  My very loving friend Kelly, also wrote a blog to me. love you, kel.

After work, I came home to a beautiful homemade breakfast - made especially the way I love it.  TL is really good at surprises.  The kitchen was filled with balloons and a large boquet of flowers.  So thoughtful.  I love him.  He also got me a wonderful Bday gift while we were in NYC - Ill blog about that soon! :)

Tonight I am going to dinner with my family - what a wonderful Birthday.  I am so fortunate.
